Udta Teer movie: After taking a long time and facing delays, Ayushmann Khurrana and Sara Ali Khan’s film Udta Teer is now finally ready to come to cinemas. The makers have fixed September 11, 2026, as the release date.

The film had started shooting back in 2024, but then work slowed down and things did not move as expected. Reports earlier this year had said the project was stuck after its first schedule was completed in 2024. Later, the film began moving again in early 2026.

This is not the only movie where Ayushmann Khurrana and Sara Ali Khan are working together. The two actors are also part of Pati Patni Aur Woh Do, which is being described as the spiritual sequel to the 2019 film Pati Patni Aur Woh. The movie also has Wamiqa Gabbi and Rakul Preet Singh in important roles. The film was first expected to come around Holi, but it has now been pushed to May 15, 2026. Multiple reports have carried that updated release plan.
That film is directed by Mudassar Aziz. It is being produced by Bhushan Kumar and Renu Ravi Chopra, while Juno Chopra is the creative producer.
