The former state secretary of Rashtriya Janta Dal, Shakti Mallik was shot dead by unknown assailants in Purnia district on Sunday morning.
DSP Anand Pandey in a statement said, “Three men shot dead Mallik at his residence in the morning. A case has been registered and investigation is underway.”
Recently, Shakti Malik had accused Tejashwi Yadav of making caste remarks and asking for 50 lakh for the election ticket. A video showing him making serious allegations against Tejashwi Yadav went viral on social media.
Few days back, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Jayant Mandal vice president Rajesh Kumar Jha alias Raja Babu has been shot dead when he was on morning by some unidentified miscreants in the capital city, Patna.
