JDU legislator, Bima Bharti’s teenages son, Deepak, was found dead on a railway track in Patna Friday morning. Though the minister’s family suspects murder, the police said they would wait for post-mortem report to go ahead with next course of their investigation.
Friends of Deepak, with whom he used to hang out revealed that he was heart-broken after he had a break-up with his girlfriend. They informed that he wanted to marry the girl who is a student at Chandigarh University, but the family of the girl refused to accept him.
The two friends of the deceased, namely Hrithik and Mrityunjay, are being taken into the custody by police and being interrogated. It was acknowledged that Deepak had gone to stay with them at their lodge in Bahadurpur.

Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has met Bima Bharti and offered his condolences. Various other ministers and politicians have lined up at the MLA’s residence.
JD(U) spokesperson Neeraj Kumar has said the police are on the job and will identify those responsible for Deepak’s death.
