Bing AI Bug Bounty Program: On Thursday, Microsoft unveiled a brand-new bug bounty programme that will pay security researchers for identifying and disclosing flaws in its AI-powered Bing services and applications. With the biggest payouts reserved for the most serious vulnerabilities, the programme will offer bounties ranging from $2,000 to $15,000.
Microsoft’s latest initiative is a part of its continuous attempts to strengthen the security of its AI systems. The company has recently made significant investments in AI security research, and it is hopeful that the bug bounty programme will help find and patch vulnerabilities that could otherwise go undetected.
All security researchers are welcome to apply, regardless of background or location. Through the portal of the Microsoft Security Research Centre (MSRC), researchers can submit their results.

Microsoft also provided eligibility requirements for bug reports. Developers must submit a bug with a critical or important severity level that is brand-new to Microsoft in order to be considered for a bounty. They must also detail precisely how to reproduce the bug.
Microsoft has given out over $13 million in rewards to security researchers who have discovered flaws in its products and services over the course of the last year. $200k was the highest bounty ever paid out.
