Bharatiya Janata Party MLA Ram Kadam, who was recently under spotlight for his controversial statement claiming to kidnap girls for boys, has been ranked the worst MLA for the second time in a row. Of the 32 MLA on the list for a survey, Ram Kadam stood the last.

The survey reportedly conducted by Praja Foundation, claimed that his was the second time in last two years that the politician scored worst rating on many of the parameters.  According to the report card, based on feedback from 24,000 people, Kadam scored a zero in sessions of the state legislature attended; a zero for the quality of questions raised; a score of 5 – again the worst -for using his local area development fund.

All the information was sought by the NGO under the Right to Information Act.

Earlier this week, on the eve of Janmashtami, a video went viral over social media where Ghatkopar MLA allegedly promised the young men present at the dahi handi event, that he would kidnap the girls they liked even if she says no to the proposal.
