After the comedian Kapil Sharma, now bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor has come under the scanner of Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) as the corporation has issued a notice to pull down the terrace gym.

The Bollywood actor built a gym on the terrace of his residence at the 7th floor of Raheja Orchids in Juhu. After an activist filed a complaint against the illegal construction of the 30 X 16 sq ft terrace gym by director Boney Kapoor’s son, BMC investigated the irregularities in construction and issued the actor a show-cause notice.

As per BMC, in the span of 9 months, Arjun Kapoor and his manager failed to produce any documented proof as to why the structure was established without permission.

A BMC official said, “Now we have issued the final order asking Arjun Kapoor to allow us to enter his premises to demolish the unauthorised structure on the terrace.”

Earlier, the corporation had issued notice to Kapil Sharma for unauthorized constructions on his flats.
