9:15 AM| The agitating farmers’ unions agreed to hold a meeting at the Singhu border on Wednesday to consider fresh proposals from the Centre and decide whether to renew negotiations.

India recorded 32,080 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours, taking the total number of active coronavirus cases in the country to 3,78,909, said the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on Wednesday. With 36.635 new recoveries, the number of overall recovered COVID-19 patients stands at 92,15,581, pushing the recovery rate to 94.66 percent.
