Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, ICAI has released an official notification refuting the rumours on social media that CA November 2019 Exams being delayed due to the students’ protest and other issues.
The notification pointed out ICAI would be conducting the CA Foundation, Intermediate and Final examinations in the month of November as per the standard practice.
Here is what the notice says
It has been brought to our notice that certain announcement is being circulated in social media that the CA Exams will be held in December instead of November 2019. Urging candidates not to pay attention to the fake notice, the notice further pointed out that the exam schedule and related announcements in this regard is hosted at www.icai.org, the official portal of the CA exam regulator.
The exam regulator also confirmed that CA November 2019 Exams will commence on 1st November 2019, as per the schedule announced earlier.

Ans: The three levels will now be called as Foundation, Intermediate and Final in place of earlier
levels i.e. Common Proficiency Course (CPC), Intermediate (Integrated Proficiency Competence) Course and Final Course.
Q: When can I register for Foundation Course?
Ans: For registering in Foundation Course, a student must have appeared in class 12th Examination.
