With CBSE Board Exam 2019 only a few months away, students are now buried in books as they try to complete its vast syllabus.

Whether you are appearing class for class X or XII board exam, you must maintain focus and stay inspired.

Here are a few tips you need to keep in mind while preparing for board CBSE board exam.

Focus

Focus on completing the syllabus as soon as possible. Questions will come from the syllabus and not outside the syllabus. Don’t learn chapter-by-chapter. The students should know that an irregular and a non-systematic study can lead to loss of marks in the examination.

Proper study plan

How to write answers within a stipulated time? How to write quickly during exam? These questions crop up into the mind of students appearing for board exam. The answer to these questions is thoroughly structure your study plan.

Answer what is asked

Always remember that examiners allot marks for answers written neatly and to the point. Try to keep your answers concise and precise because marks are given for what is asked in the question.

Practice writing answers

Take a watch and start practising writing answers. After writing all the answers, students should review the answers to check spelling mistakes. Most of the students skip reviewing answers.

Question paper pattern

A 100-marks question paper is divided into different sections – 15 marks question, 5 marks questions, 2 marks questions and objective questions. The student should attempt objective question first and then write subject answers.

Trigonometry- 12 marks

Get your doubts solved the minute you are confused. Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics are based on concepts. Clear all your concepts from your teachers. You have to know the basics very well. Concentrate on your best subjects first and then, later on, shift to the hard ones. In the end, set time duration for every task and topic for the day.
