CBSE Board Exam 2020: Important instructions for students to follow

CBSE Board exam 2020: As CBSE board exams are around the corner, students must be tensed and confused that how they should plan and utilise their few days before the exam.

We hope that all students are set to appear for the class 10th and 12th exams that will be starting from February 15, 2020. The class 10th exam will be concluded on March 20, 2020 while for class 12th, it will end on March 30, 2020.

According to the guidelines of CBSE, here are some of the instructions that a student should ensure to follow which include uniform, things to carry inside the exam hall, things not to carry and so on.

Important instructions to students appearing for CBSE Board exam 2020:

  • Students should bring the hard copy of the admit card to the exam hall of their class 10th or class 12th admit card with them otherwise they would not be allowed to sit in the exam.
  • Along with admit card, they must carry their school identity cards inside the examination hall.
  • It is advised to carry a clear or transparent pencil pouch. With this, a basic geometry box is allowed.
  • Students should keep in mind that only a clear clipboard is allowed inside the examination hall.
  • Only a student dressed up in a proper school uniform is allowed to enter the gate of the exam hall. They will not be allowed inside the exam campus in other clothes.
  • Students are not allowed to carry any electronic items such as cell phones, calculators, smartwatches, etc. Moreover, any kind of books is strictly prohibited.
  • Students suffering from diabetes are allowed to carry a snack and glucose tablets inside the exam hall. This year, CBSE has allowed calculators.

CBSE is providing free counseling to students who are appearing for their board exams. CBSE is also giving its teachers suggestions to help students cope with stress.
