CISCE ICSE, ISC Result 2026 OUT:The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has officially declared the ICSE (Class 10) and ISC (Class 12) Results 2026 today, April 30, at 11 AM. The results of this year show stable performance as students achieved high pass rates and strong academic results throughout different regions.
ICSE & ISC 2026: Pass Percentage
- ICSE (Class 10) Pass Percentage: ~99.18%
- ISC (Class 12) Pass Percentage: ~99.13%
Girls outperform boys again with pass rates above 99.4%. Over 3.6 lakh students appeared across both exams. Results available on official portals and DigiLocker
“The results indicate consistently high levels of achievement, with overall pass percentages remaining above 99%. The ISC (Class XII) examination recorded an overall pass percentage of 99.13%, with girls securing 99.48% and boys 98.81%,” an official release by CISCE stated.
The ISC (Class XII) examination results showed that 5,835 Scheduled Caste candidates passed with an overall success rate of 98.77% while 3,786 Scheduled Tribe candidates achieved a success rate of 98.84%.
The Other Backward Classes candidates who took the exam numbered 19,191 and achieved a success rate of 99.12% while 74,504 General Category candidates achieved a success rate of 99.17%.
The ICSE (Class X) examination results showed that 17,536 Scheduled Caste candidates took the exam and achieved a success rate of 98.76% while 9,466 Scheduled Tribe candidates achieved a success rate of 98.07%. The Other Backward Classes group had 64,825 candidates who passed at a rate of 99.24% and 166,894 General Category candidates who passed at a rate of 99.26%.
CISCE ICSE, ISC Result 2026 OUT: Region-Wise Performance
The Southern and Western regions stand out as the best performing areas. The Northern region had the most students who took the ICSE and ISC tests.
The Southern region achieved the highest pass rate of 99.87% in ISC exams while the Western region followed with a 99.55% pass rate. The Western region achieved 99.85% in ICSE exams while the Southern region followed closely with 99.81% results.

How to Check ICSE, ISC Results 2026?
1. Visit the official website cisce.org.
2. On the homepage, click on “ICSE Examination results 2026” or “ISC Examination results 2026”.
3. Select your course, enter your UID, Index Number, Captcha code and click on “Show Result” button.
4. Your scores/marksheet will be displayed on the screen.
5. Download and save your scorecard for future reference.
Rechecking Window
Students who are unhappy with their scores can request a re-evaluation through the CISCE Service Portal from May 1 to May 4, 2026. The registration period for improvement exams will be open from May 8 to May 14, 2026 for students who wish to enhance their academic performance.
The examination process for improvement tests will begin on June 15, 2026 and results will probably be released during the last week of July.
