Which Universities Are Not Part of CLAT?
CLAT is one of India’s most competitive law entrance examinations. Apart from admissions to NLUs, several private law schools, affiliated institutions, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) and other organisations also consider CLAT scores for recruitment and admissions. Students should note that National Law University, Delhi (NLU Delhi) is not a participating institution in CLAT. Admissions to NLU Delhi are conducted through the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET). Similarly, some newer law universities have their own admission processes.
