On August 3, Kang Kyun Sung posted a handwritten letter expressing gratitude to fans who have supported him throughout his career. In the letter, he revealed that he had found “someone precious” with whom he wanted to spend the rest of his life.
In the letter, he wrote:
“To Noeulbit, whom I’m always grateful for.
For such a long time, whether I was happy or going through difficult times, you have always stayed by my side. Because of all of you, I have been able to live a life filled with so much love. Thank you so much.
There is news that I wanted to share with you before anyone else, which is why I am writing this message.
I have met someone precious with whom I want to walk through life forever, and on October 30, I will be getting married.
I’m a little nervous to share this news, but more than anyone else, I wanted to tell you personally first.

He also shared that he felt both excited and nervous to announce the news, adding that he wanted fans to hear it directly from him before it became public.

Agency Confirms Bride Is Actress Yu Ha Jin
A day after Kang’s personal announcement, S27M Entertainment officially confirmed that his bride-to-be is actress Yu Ha Jin.
In its statement, the agency said the couple had built their relationship on “deep trust and affection” and that Kang plans to continue his activities as both an artist and the head of his new family after marriage.
Who Is Yu Ha Jin?
Yu Ha Jin made her acting debut in 2019 and has appeared in several Korean television dramas, including:
- One Spring Night
- Meow, the Secret Boy
- Fly High Butterfly
- Love Is for Suckers
She has also been active in theatre and independent film projects, gradually building her acting career over the past few years.
Kang Kyun Sung’s Career
Born in 1981, Kang Kyun Sung kinda debuted with the vocal group Noel back in 2002, and honestly the timeline sorta sticks with people. Over the years Noel managed to gather a loyal fanbase through emotionally charged ballads, plus those hit songs like “Proposal” and “Even If I Get Hold of You.”
