Arvinder Singh Lovely has been named the President of the Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee with immediate effect, according to a press release signed by KC Venugopal and Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge. The outgoing president Anil Chaudhary’s work and contributions are valued by the party.
