Haridwar: Amid the outbreak of Coronavirus, there has been lockdown in the state Uttarakhand. District Haridwar has been put on shutdown and due to that people can only avail of the essential commodities for 3 hours.
The Grocery, Vegetable and Dairy shops will be open at 7 AM and will close down at 10 AM. This will start taking place from March 24, 2020.
The localities are tensed about the situation and while talking to Dairy shop owners they stated that the milk vendors come at the time of 10 AM as they live in far off villages and thus it is going to make a huge problem for the people and the shop owners too.
The pandemic has created a tough situation in small towns, says another localite.
All schools, including primary and secondary ones in Uttarakhand, have already been shut down and thus after the Janta Curfew on Sunday, CM Trivendra Singh Rawat announced the lockdown in the state.
