On Rishi Kapoor and Nitu Kapoor’s 39th wedding anniversary, daughter Riddhima Kapoor took to Instagram to share a heartfelt collage of parents depicting their journey of togetherness. She posted a heartfelt message for “the perfect couple” and called them the center of her universe.
Riddhima shared a collage of photos featuring dad Rishi Kapoor and mom Neetu Kapoor and wrote, “You two are my life – center of my universe – Happy Anniversary to the best parents in the whole world! I love you both endlessly! You were you are and will always be the greatest example of the perfect couple, love you mom, love you papa.”
Neetu Kapoor and Rishi Kapoor are easily the cutest couple of Bollywood and they have completed 39 years of marital bliss. The duo got married on 22 January, 1980. While Riddhima, the couple’s first child, was born in September, 1980, Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor was born two years later.
The couple’s first onscreen appearance was in the year 1974 with the film Zeheerla. They have also co-starred in popular films like Do Dooni Char, Besharam, Kabhi Kabhie, Rafoo Chakkar and Amar Akbar Anthony.
The couple is currently in New York for Rishi Kapoor’s treatment.
Just recently, veteran actress Neetu Kapoor had shared an endearing picture with husband Rishi Kapoor on her social media. The actress shared a picture in which the couple was seen sitting in a restaurant and while Neetu Kapoor was taking a selfie, husband Rishi Kapoor was busy on his phone. She captioned the image as, “Lunch date,,,this is what happens after 38 years of marriage husband on the phone and I’m clicking selfies.”
