Delhi Police Rings in the New Year: A lot of people have said things like, “If creativity had a face,” on the new Instagram post that Delhi Police shared on December 31. The cops warned people to be careful during the New Year parties on the last day of the year 2023. The word of advice did, however, come with a Bollywood spin.

The cops used the names of a few movies that came out in 2023 and the title of Sidharth Malhotra’s upcoming web series “Indian Police Force” to get the point across. Want to know how? Take a look:

‘Zara Hatke Zara Bachke’ and ‘Mast Mein Rehne Ka’ played on New Year’s Eve. If ‘Animal’ ban kar ‘Bawaal’ ya ‘Non Stop Dhamaal’ machaaya, then kahi aisa na ho ki ‘The Great Indian Family’ ke bajaaye ‘Indian Police Force’ ke saath manana pade,” Delhi Police wrote. It roughly means “have fun on New Year’s Eve, but watch out—otherwise you might spend the first day of 2024 with the police instead of your family.”

It got over 3,000 likes and over one hundred comments in just one hour after being shared on Instagram.

“Salute to the creative team,” someone wrote on Instagram. “Savage,” said another person. One more response says, “Superba€aesalute to Delhi Police.”
