Former CBI joint director VV Lakshminarayana is likely to launch a new political outfit on November 26 in Vijayawada of Andhra Pradesh. The former IPS officer and his aides will officially declare a new party, namely ‘Jana Dhwani’ or ‘People’s Voice’, media reports claimed. The former CBI official is popular among young voters in both the Telugu states.

According to sources, Lakshminarayan, who toured whole state in the recent times, will aim for 2019 assembly elections of Andhra Pradesh. Laxminarayana had headed the probe of ‘disproportionate assets’ case of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, the leader of the opposition in state assembly.

Speaking on the lines of Andhra politics, Lakshminarayana has earlier stated that, he would like to work for and with rural agrarian communities, whose issues, Lakshminarayana felt have not been addressed in a correct manner.
