Former Cricketer Dinesh Mongia is likely to join the BJP and play an active role in Punjab elections, as per media reports.
Mongia’s joining is expected in Delhi today.

Born in Chandigarh, the 44-year-old left-hander made his ODI debut in 2001 and played his last game for India against Bangladesh on May 12, 2007.
While his international career has been limited to 57 ODIs and one T20I, he played 121 first-class games for Punjab scoring 8028 runs at an average of 48.95 with 27 hundreds and 28 fifties.
