Four killed in road accident in Bihar’s Gaya district

Chhattisgarh: Bleeding constable kept singing after 10 tyred-truck rolled over his leg

Gaya: Uncontrolled pickup van collided with two motorcycles, killing four people. The deceased included husband, wife and father-son duo. After the incident, the pickup van’s driver is absconding. People blocked the Gaya-Panchanpur road route for hours.

In the incident, a bike rider, 55-year-old Kishori Yadav and his 22-year-old son Roshan Kumar died on the spot, when a pick-up van, going towards Jamuna village on the Panchanpur main road, hit a bike in two bikes.

The uncontrolled pickup van further hit another motorcycle, where 36-year-old Devenandan Yadav, motorcyclist and 28-year-old wife Lakshmi Devi were declared dead.

After the incident, the pickup van fell into a pit on the roadside. However, the driver of the pickup van escaped. Angry by the incident locals blocked the Gaya-Panchanpur road route for hours.
