What is RXE?
To patients, RXE means that FDA is confident there is enough evidence to indicate that a drug probably works—even it has not achieved the gold standard of “substantial evidence” from massive, definitive trials. In Loyal’s case, they provided more than 2,000 pages of evidence—including lab tests, real-world observational studies on hundreds of dogs and IGF-1 biomarker data.
