Gas balloons burst in Rajkot market on Christmas Eve, 4 injured

Yesterday on the Christmas evening, four people were left injured after gas balloons exploded in a market in Rajkot, Gujarat.

The incident was caught on camera where a lady can be seen selling decorative balloons when one suddenly caught fire, causing panic within the area.

A man who stood nearby with his arms cross flapped them wildly as he made his escape.

Due to the Christmas celebrations, the market as more crowded than usual however, reportedly, no one was severely hurt.

Four people suffered minor injuries.

It certainly wasn’t the first mishap involving balloons in recent months. In October, helium balloons burst into flames near a vehicle ferrying Rahul Gandhi in Jabalpur, when they came into contact with oil lamps.
