GATE 2024 Result: The Indian Institute of Sciences (IISc), Bangalore, will make the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering 2024 (GATE 2024) results available as of March 16. The official website, gate2024.iisc.ac.in, will be where candidates can check their results once they are made public.
If you pass the GATE, you can apply to master’s programs and direct doctoral programs in engineering, technology, architecture, science, and the humanities. You can also apply to doctoral programs in relevant engineering, science, and humanities fields at institutions supported by the Ministry of Education (MoE) and other government agencies.
Some schools and universities also use the GATE test to decide who gets into graduate programs, even if the students don’t get scholarships.

Marks Needed to Pass the GATE 2024
It will be different every year what score you need to pass the GATE test. Along with the result, the people in charge of the GATE 2024 test will also share the qualifying cut off. In the meantime, students can look at the list of GATE cutoffs from past years.
Cutoff for GATE 2024
Along with the IISc Bangalore GATE 2024 result, the officials will also announce the cutoff scores for each topic. Those who hit the cutoff will be the only ones considered eligible. The GATE cutoff for 2024 has not been made public yet. For now, applicants can look at the GATE cutoff from the previous year.
GATE 2024 Counseling
Those who are declared fit will need to use the GATE COAP and CCMT platforms for counseling. The Common Offer Acceptance Portal (COAP) is used for GATE counseling 2024 and the admissions process for IITs. The Centralized Counselling for M.Tech. (CCMT) is used for admissions to NITs, IIEST Shibpur, and IIITs and GFTIs.

How to get the scorecard for GATE 2024?
- Go to gate2024.iisc.ac.in, the official website for the IISc Bangalore GATE 2024.
- Click on the link to download the GATE scores.
- Type in the information asked for, like your login ID and password.
- The scores will show up on the screen.
- Print out the GATE scores.:
If you pass the GATE test, you can apply to master’s programs and direct doctoral programs in engineering, technology, architecture, science, business, the arts, and more.
Doctoral programs in related arts and sciences are available at government offices and schools that get money from the Ministry of Education.
