Google: Celebrating every special occasion through Doodle since 1998

It is not for the first time that Google has celebrated a special occasion in its own style. With Google Doodle, Google replaces the logo of its home page with a temporary animation.

In 1998, Google created its first Doodle. Since then, Google has made it on every special occasion of the last 22 years. Whether it is a festival, a joyous occasion, or a great person’s birth, or a virtuous date, either some historical event. Google makes doodles on every occasion.

Initially, Google’s doodles were neither in an animated form nor hyperlinked. Hover text was used in the first Google Doodle, as you may have seen in holiday greetings. Since 2010 Google has started creating animated doodles. It was hyperlinked in 2014 which provides online information related to the incident. The first animated doodle was made up of the great scientist Sir Newton.
