Hamare Baarah Makers Delete 2 Dialogues: After the makers of Hamare Baarah agreed to delete two dialogues from their movie, the Bombay High Court approved its release on Friday. Hamare Baarah will hit theaters on Friday, June 7.
India Today reported that the High Court announced its decision, saying it was made “only to balance the equities”.

Additionally, the court has asked to form a committee of three members, including one Muslim member, who will watch the film and report back on its content. “The film may also be required to be viewed in order to draw any conclusions with regard to the rival contentions.”
As a result of the controversy surrounding the film, the High Court had previously halted its release. With its bold narrative and thought-provoking themes, Hamare Baarah, starring Annu Kapoor, Manoj Joshi, and Paritosh Tripathi, has caught the public’s attention since its announcement. The trailer of the film has been alleged to contain a glimpse of crude and uncouth propaganda. In the wake of the raging controversy, Hamare Baarah’s trailer was abruptly removed from online platforms after it was released on May 30.
The actor also slammed those criticizing his film in an exclusive interview with News18 Showsha. He said people make judgments about films without even watching them.
“At a personal and an impersonal level, I’m an atheist. My director and producers thought that I was the right person who would be able to implement their vision on celluloid. So, I tried my best to justify my character. I’m not bothered about the rest. Films are a make-believe world where I’m chosen as an artist and my job is to justify my art,” the actor said.
“People talk about propaganda all the time. I’m not bothered by it. I would urge people to watch our film first and then decide what it stands for. They haven’t watched it, so I don’t understand why they’re judging it.” he said.
