Daughter’s Day, as clearly as the name suggests, it is a day dedicated to daughters. Different countries tend to celebrate it on different days and in India it is celebrated on the fourth Sunday of September. This year India will celebrate daughter’s day on September 27. The day aims to honor the daughters of the family and to create awareness about a girl child and their achievements.
