The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Wednesday released a list of its 68 candidates for Himachal Pradesh Assembly elections. The elections are scheduled to be held on 9 November. Former CM, Prem Kumar Dhumal, has been given a ticket from Sujanpur. The term of the 68-member Himachal Pradesh Assembly ends on 7 January.

The Election Commission had last week announced that the last date of filing of nominations is 23 October and the counting of votes will be done on 9 December.
