Honda’s New SUV Hits India at Just Rs. 10.99 Lakh: Honda Cars India has announced the launch of the Elevate on the domestic market with a starting price of Rs. 10,99,900 (ex-showroom, Delhi) and a range-topping price of Rs. 15,99,900 (ex-showroom, Delhi). Delivery of the Honda Elevate to customers has begun across all authorised dealerships in the country as of today.

The Honda Elevate is offered in four trim levels, with seven single-tone exterior colour schemes and three two-tone hues. The five-seater competes directly with the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder, MG Astor, Volkswagen Taigun, and Skoda Kushaq, among others.

The length, width, and height of the midsize SUV are 4,312 mm, 1,790 mm, and 1,650 mm, respectively, with a wheelbase length of 2,650 mm. It has the largest trunk in its class at 458 litres and the greatest ground clearance at 220 millimetres. Similarly to the fifth-generation Honda City, the Honda Elevate is powered by a 1.5-liter four-cylinder i-VTEC DOHC gasoline engine. It is capable of producing 121 horsepower and 145 Newton-meters of peak torque. The powertrain is standard with a six-speed manual gearbox and optional with a seven-speed continuously variable gearbox.

The Elevate and City sedan share mechanical components and a platform. It has a claimed fuel economy of 15.31 km/l for the manual gearbox and 16.92 km/l for the continuously variable gearbox. The SUV is compliant with BSVI stage 2 emission standards and E20 fuel. Buyers can elect for an extended warranty of up to five years, an anytime warranty of up to ten years, and Roadside Assistance beginning with the date of purchase. The Honda Elevate has tall pillars, an upright front fascia, sharp LED projector headlamps, LED DRLs, LED turn indicators, LED taillamps, and diamond-cut 17-inch alloy wheels with a two-tone finish. The list of standard features includes a seven-inch HD full-color TFT instrument cluster, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, six airbags, Honda Sensing Suite, and much more.
