Honor Watch 4 Lands in Europe at €150: Honour Watch 4 features
The Honour Watch 4 has an aluminium frame and a 1.75-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 450x390px. In addition, it has a pixel density of 340 PPI and a refresh rate of 60 Hz.
The Chinese version of the smartwatch supports eSIM, allowing for autonomous cellular connectivity that does not require pairing with a smartphone. This allows users to make phone calls, send and receive text messages, and receive app notifications directly from the smartwatch. However, the European variant lacks eSIM support, so these features are unavailable to consumers in that region.
In addition, the smartwatch lacks WiFi connectivity, so users in the EU must rely on Bluetooth 5.2 to connect their watches to their smartphones for functions such as calling, messaging, and receiving notifications.
Additionally, the smartwatch is impervious to 5ATM, allowing you to wear it while swimming. It includes standard health monitoring functions such as heart rate monitoring, blood-oxygen monitoring, and sleep monitoring.
The Watch 4 is equipped with GPS and a 451 mAh battery that can last up to 14 days under normal conditions. Honour defines typical usage as continuous heart rate monitoring (smart mode) and sleep tracking, 30 minutes of Bluetooth calls per week, 30 minutes of music playback per week, 90 minutes of training with GPS enabled per week, receiving 50 messages, 6 incoming calls, and 3 alarm clock alerts per day, and turning on the screen 200 times per day.
