With the 6th edition ICC Women’s World T20, India is all set to face New Zealand in the first match at the Providence Stadium in Guyana on Sunday, November 9.
Australia, England, India, New Zealand, Pakistan, South Africa, Sri Lanka, West Indies, Bangladesh and Ireland are the ten teams featuring in the tournament that will be played across three venues in West Indies.
Having reached the semifinals in the first two editions in 2009 and 2010, India will be hoping to go one better when the sixth edition gets underway. All eyes will be on star bats-woman Mithali Raj, who will be featuring in her fifth World T20.
