IISER Admissions 2024: IISER Application Form 2024: Beginning on April 1, the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Mohali (IISER) will accept applications for a five-year science undergraduate and postgraduate dual degree program. On April 1, 2024, the IISER registration process will become available. The link to the IISER application form 2024 will be updated at iiseradmission.in. The tentative date for the IISER Aptitude Test (IAT) 2024 in multiple centers across India is June 9, 2024 at 9:00 am.
Interested parties may submit their applications for the research program until May 13th. The application forms for candidates to revise are due on May 16 and 17. The IISER will distribute admission permits on June 1.

Conditions of eligibility
IAT 2024 is open to Class 12 or equivalent scientific graduates with a minimum of 60% (general candidates) in 2022, 2023, or 2024. The minimum score for SC, ST, and PwD candidates to apply for IAT 2024 is 55%. Each pathway requires a separate application.
Fee of Application
The applicant is responsible for paying the application charge at the time of submitting the application form, which commences on April 1, 2024.
- Two thousand rupees for applicants in the General, EWS, OBC, and OBC-NCL categories.
- Candidates who qualify as persons with disabilities (PwD), persons registered as Kashmiri Migrants (KM), or SC/ST are eligible to receive a festive offer of Rs. 1,000.
- Application fees are not eligible for refund.
IAT is the IISER Aptitude Test.
IAT questions will comprise sixty percent of the total, with fifteen questions each from the disciplines of biology, chemistry, mathematics, and physics.
The total time allotted to complete the examination is 180 minutes. We will present multiple-choice questions, each with a single valid response.
- We will allocate four points for each accurate response.
- You will deduct one point for each answer provided incorrectly.
- Graders will not grade any of the queries higher than zero.
- Thus, the utmost possible score on the IAT will be 240.
1933 is the estimated total number of available seats for the BS-MS/BS program. IISER Berhampur, IISER Bhopal, IISER Kolkata, IISER Mohali, IISER Pune, IISER Tirupati, and IISER Thiruvananthapuram offer seats under the BS/MS program, while IISER Bhopal (Economic Sciences) and IISER Tirupati offer seats under the BS program.
