India’s tour of New Zealand for the white-match series (IND vs. NZ), consisting of three T20I and as many ODIs, is scheduled to begin on November 18, 2022, following a disappointing exit from the T20 World Cup 2022.
The series opener between India and New Zealand will take place at Sky Stadium in Wellington, with the second and third T20Is scheduled for November 20 and 22, respectively, at Bay Oval in Mount Maunganui and McLean Park in Napier.
The ODI series will begin on November 25 at Eden Park in Auckland, followed by games at Seddon Park in Hamilton and Hagley Oval in Christchurch on November 27 and 30 respectively.

For the New Zealand tour, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has given senior players like Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, and KL Rahul a break. In the absence of captain Rohit Sharma and vice-captain KL Rahul, Shikhar Dhawan will lead India in One Day Internationals while Hardik Pandya will lead the Twenty20 International team.
Kane Williamson will lead the New Zealand squad in both series. Trent Boult, their premier pitcher, and Martin Guptill, an experienced batter, have been cut from the team. Guptill will be replaced by Fin Allen on the team.
