The Indian cricket team is set to take on South Africa in a short three-match One-Day International (ODI) series at home after New Zealand tour.
One thing is quite of interest that this will be South Africa’s second tour of India in after six months.
In September-October last year, India hosted South Africa for three T20Is and three Test matches.
And now the two teams are up against each other in 50-overs cricket.
Some top players from Indian lot like captain Virat Kohli will be resting, there are chances that we might see some new faces in the upcoming ODI series. India has been whitewashed by New Zealand in February. South Africa, on the other hand, will land in India after hosting Australia.
The Proteas have their Indian squad ready for India ODIs.
Wicket-keeper batsman Quinton de Kock will continue to lead the team.
South Africa is all ready to be boosted by the return of two batsmen Faf du Plessis and Rassie van der Dussen.
