The Agniveer Common Entrance Exam (CEE) was held from June 30 to July 10, 2025. This year, the exam was held in 13 different languages. These languages included English, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Punjabi, Odia, Bengali, Urdu, Gujarati, Marathi, and Assamese.

This helped many students take the exam in the language they are comfortable with. The test was done online and had multiple-choice questions (MCQs). Depending on which job category the candidate applied for, they had to answer either 50 questions in one hour or 100 questions in two hours.

Recruitment Process

The Indian Army Agniveer recruitment happens in two phases. First, candidates take an online Common Entrance Exam (CEE) at the test centre given to them. After that, Phase 2 includes a physical recruitment rally which is held by the Army Recruiting Offices at a special rally ground.
