Photo sharing app Instagram is a world for influencers and while exploring you will find a lot of people with good no. of followers. Among one was a social media follower with a good amount of followers launched her brand with high hopes but her expectations failed.

The Instagram influencer, Arii (18) established herself as a key influencer on Instagram with the help of brand endorsements and partnerships.

A lot of Arii’s posts are images of her wearing outfits of different brand and tagging them in the post caption. This might seem like a good way to earn a living as the grass is always greener on the other side. However, things can turn around when influencers try to sell their own products.

The expectations with which the influencer launched her brand failed when she could not sell 36 t-shirts. She wrote, “Unfortunately, the company that I’m working with goes based on your first drop sales.”

Although she got a positive response from the people who said that they would buy the t-shirts but however, the followers couldn’t be on their words.

She also said The company won’t be able to send out the orders to people who actually bought and it breaks my heart.”

The influencer later deleted the post but her misery was captured by a social media user who took a screenshot that went viral on social media and soon after it, a debate on the role of influencers was started.

While some of them backed her by saying that her followers aren’t her customers, other said that she made the post and then deleted it for sympathy and to gain more attention for a potential second launch.
