The Islamic holy month of Ramzan or Ramadan is coming to an end and Muslims around the world will celebrate Eid on the first day of Shawwal, the tenth month of the Islamic calendar. Before Shawwal, Muslims keep fast during Ramadan or Ramzan, which is considered to be one of the most sacred months for Muslims.

However, several Muslims are in a dilemma on how to offer the ‘Eid ki Namaz’ prayers during the auspicious festival of Eid-ul-Fitr – since all the worship places are closed.

Meanwhile, former India cricketer Irfan Pathan shared a video on his Instagram account and urged Muslims to offer prayers (Eid Namaz) at their home amid lockdown in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.

To make it easier for fans to understand, he also shared a step-by-step guide on Instagram in a clip-on Saturday May 23.
