JMI Admission 2019: update: Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI), New Delhi, has started receiving applications for Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) programme and other Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses in distance mode. Students should note that the last date of application is February 21, 2019.

- Step 1: Visit www.jmi.ac.in.
- Step 2: Click on the JMI B.Ed/UG/PG Distance programme Admission 2019 option.
- Step 3: Read the instructions.
- Step 4: Register online.

Duly downloaded and completed application form should be submitted to the respective Programme Coordinator/Assistant Director, CDOL or selected Study Centre.
The downloaded form should be accompanied with an application form fee of Rs. 500/- for all other programmes and Rs. 700/- in case of Bachelor of Education (BED) programme through Demand Draft drawn in favour of Jamia Millia Islamia and payable at New Delhi.
Candidates Applying for Admission to the Two Year B.Ed Programme Under Distance Mode should note:
The B.Ed admission entrance test will be held on Sunday 24th February 2019 at 11:00 AM
I) a) The B.Ed Admission Entrance Test will be of 2 hours duration and will comprise of 100 multiple choice questions.
Each question will be of 01 mark.
The medium of entrance test will be ENGLISH.
The Admission Entrance Test will broadly cover:
General Knowledge/Awareness (including Indian Geography/History/Constitution/ Economy).
Teaching aptitude and issues related to education General mental ability.
b) The venue of Admission Entrance Test will be Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. However, CDOL/JMI may identify additional Entrance Test Centres if the number of applicants in a particular region are fairly large. Necessary information in this regard will be notified on the varsity’s website.
