About the Movie
Previously, it was reported that Thalapathy Vijay would play a cameo role in Jawan, but director Atlee has finally addressed these rumours.
Atlee stated in an interview with DT Next, “Vijay gentleman will not have a cameo in the film. If this were true, I would have made the announcement myself.
Perhaps, I am planning a movie that will feature both of these actors in main roles. In fact, I had a small role in Jawan.

According to some reports, KGF actors Yash and Prithviraj Sukumaran dub the Kannada and Malayalam versions of Jawan, respectively. This rumour began when Internet users observed that the names of Yash, Prithviraj Sukumaran, and Karan Johar appeared in the’special thanks’ section of the IMDB listing for ‘Jawan’.
In a statement about ‘Jawan, Shah Rukh Khan said, “Jawan is a universal story that transcends languages and geography and is for everyone to enjoy. Atlee deserves credit for producing this original film, which has been a fantastic experience for me as I adore action films! The teaser is merely the top of the iceberg and hints at what is to come.
In addition, Deepika Padukone makes a special appearance in Jawan. Key roles will be played by Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani, Yogi Babu, Ridhi Dogra, Girija Oak, Sanjeeta Bhattacharya, Lehar Khan, Aaliyah Qureshi, and Sunil Grover.
