JEE Advanced Toppers 2025: The 17 year old Majid Mujahid Hussain from Burhanpur, Madhya Pradesh, has secured All India Rank 3 in the JEE Advanced 2025. He scored an amazing 330 out of 360 marks, representing the IIT Bombay zone. His success has become a big moment of joy for his family and everyone in his town.
Majid was born in 2008 and comes from a simple family. His father, Mujahid Hussain, works independently and always gave importance to Majid’s education. His mother, a homemaker, always gave him emotional support and motivation.

Majid did his early schooling in Burhanpur itself. He was always very good in studies and showed his talent from the beginning. He got over 95% marks in Class 10 under CBSE and later got 93% in Class 12. He was especially good in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths. Apart from school exams, he also took part in many Olympiads at the national level. He performed well in the Maths Olympiad, NSEC, INPhO, IOQM, NSEP, INMO, INChO and competitions conducted by SOF, reports News18.
His JEE Preparation Story
Majid started preparing seriously for JEE when he reached Class 11. He joined Pace Junior College in Mumbai, which is a well-known coaching institute for JEE aspirants. He gave full focus to both his coaching and self-study. Every day, he used to study for 8 to 10 hours on his own. He planned his syllabus properly and made sure he solved old question papers from past years to understand the exam pattern. He never skipped mock tests and made sure to check and learn from his mistakes every time.
According to him physics was his weakness but he did not let it stop him, je improved in it too. To handle pressure and avoid stress, he practiced meditation. Whenever he felt tired or low, he would read books to relax. This mix of hard work and good habits helped him score 296 out of 300 in both JEE Main 2025 sessions, giving him a percentile of 99.9992.

Dreaming Big and Aiming Higher
Majid scored an impressive 330 out of 360 in JEE Advanced, earning All India Rank 3.
