JEE Mains 2020 admit card release date; Check details here

Students can expect the release date of downloading of admit card by August 17 on the official website at jeemain.nta.ac.in.

JEE Mains 2020 admit card: National Testing Agency (NTA) is likely to announce the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Mains 2020 admit card release date within a few days. The JEE Mains 2020 exam is slated to be held from September 1 to 6. Yet, no official date has been announced.

According to the official notice, the dates of downloading of Sept. Exam hall tickets indicating roll number and center of the examination will be displayed 15 days before the commencement of exam on the official website of NTA and JEE Main.

Students can expect the release date of downloading of admit card by August 17 on the official website at jeemain.nta.ac.in.

“The dates of downloading the admit card indicating roll number and centre of the examination will be displayed 15 days before the conduct of the examination on the official website of NTA and JEE Mains,” reads the official NTA notice.

Steps to download JEE mains Admit card 2020:

  • Visit the official website at jeemain.nta.nic.in
  • On the homepage, click on the JEE Mains Admit card link
  • A new page will appear on the display screen
  • Key in your registration number and password and submit
  • JEE Mains admit card will appear on the display screen
  • Download the admit card and take its print out for future references

The NTA will conduct the JEE Mains 2020 from September 1 to 6, 2020 from 9 am to 12 noon in the morning shift and from 3 pm to 6 pm in the evening shift.

The JEE Main Exam 2020 will be held in two shifts- first shift and second shift.

The first shift will be conducted from 9.30 AM to 12.30 PM and the second shift would be conducted from 2.30 PM to 5.30 PM. Each shift will be for 3 hours duration. The examination will be a computer-based test and the subjects are Physics, Chemistry, General Aptitude, and Mathematics.

The marking scheme consists of 4 marks for each correct answer and 1 mark deducted for every wrong answer for MCQs and 4 marks will be awarded for each correct answer for a numeric value.
