Libraries are one of the most important aspect of ones education, a go to place for searching and enhancing knowledge, but imagine a place where knowledge is so limited, and exposure is limited, you are bound.
To break these barriers and to make knowledge more accessible, Congress MLA from Jamtara and chairman of the Library Development Committee, Jharkhand, Dr Irfan Ansari has pledged to make libraries as accessible as one can.
Irfan Ansari has been a hope for many students, who now with the help of the government is moving towards making knowledge accessible and breaking the barriers of knowledge.
Talking to Newsd Irfan Ansari talked about his vision to make libraries accessible to people in remote areas.
Ansari who is a doctor by profession said, “it feels good to inaugurate libraries and heading the committee which was unknown to public until now, I want to make the most of this opportunity.”
Since he has been appointed as the chairman of Library Development Committee, Ansari has built around 40 libraries in Jamtara with help of Deputy Collector, so much so that people from other districts call him requesting for a library in their locality.

With the motto of spreading Knowledge to every corner of the state, Jamtara MLA has often spoken about his passion for making sure each child has a means to study. His future outlook and aim is to ensure that there is Wi-Fi, digital connections, laptops, and all accessibility to make sure that knowledge is not bound by just books.

As Jamtara is often in news for cyber crime and cyber atrocities, Ansari said that “if without proper knowledge these mislead kids are able to carry out this, imagine if given proper education and ways to learn, maybe these smart people would be able to do something good for the nation”
With the aim of spreading knowledge and making sure that there is no gap between the student and the means to study, the MLA Irfan Ansari has been a game changer, and we hope to see more icons standing up and coming forward ‘to be the change they wish to see in the world’
