“We have been engaged in a joint project with IIT Bombay to initiate a Bharat GPT programme,” he announced while addressing the audience at Techfest, the annual three-day science and technology festival of IIT Bombay, which commenced on Wednesday.

Ambani talked about how important it is to have a strong development system and how committed the company is to making “Jio 2.0” a reality. They want to use advanced AI-inspired models to change different businesses through the Bharat GPT program, which is run in collaboration with IIT Bombay.

Prof. Ganesh Ramakrishnan from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at IIT Bombay is working with Jio on solutions for key business areas like telecom and retail that use generative pre-trained transformers and big language models.

In addition to talking about the Bharat GPT project, Ambani also talked about Jio’s big plans to get into TV technology. He said that the company has been working hard on making its own operating system (OS) for TVs, which is an example of how it is expanding its business beyond telephones. Ambani talked about the company’s overall plan for launching this TV OS, which will help it grow in media, business, communication, and gadgets.
