Justice or permission for euthanasia: Two girls write letter in blood to President seeking help in false case

A shocking incident has to light where two girls from Punjab’s Moga city have written a letter with their blood to President Ram Nath Kovind seeking his help in ‘false’ cheating cases registered against them.

The women, 22-year-old Nisha and 23-year-old Amanjot Kaur – have been booked for fraud in two separate cases.

In the letter, the duo has claimed that complainants have been threatening them on the pretext of the Kabutarbaazi and cheating cases registered against them and said that they have been living in fear for so long. They also demanded euthanasia for the whole family if they do not get justice.

Police claim Nisha has allegedly refused to pay Rs 5 lakh that she had borrowed to send somebody in her family to Germany. Nisha, who runs a small financial business, however claims the complainant in her fraud case borrowed Rs 21.59 lakh from her, and then refused to pay her back, instead manipulating the law to harass her.

As for the second woman, Amanjot Kaur, police said she has been booked for fraud involving Rs 1.20 lakh, which she allegedly borrowed for buying a motorcycle but later sold off without paying back the loan. The women have claimed that the complainant has yet to show up before police for questioning.

Moga Deputy Superintendent of Police Kuljinder Singh denied allegations of any police wrongdoing, saying investigations in the case were still ongoing.
