CS Shivalli, minister for municipal administration passes away after suffering massive heart attack on Friday. For the last three days, he was at the building collapse site in Dharwad monitoring the rescue operation.
Shivalli had earlier undergone heart surgery. He was a Congress MLA from the Kundgol constituency, where he had defeated BJP hope Ishwaragoud by just 634 votes.
The MLA is survived by his wife, one son and two daughters.
