NEW DELHI: The Karnataka SSLC exam will be conducted according to the schedule released by the Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB). The Director of Board had issued an advisory confirming that the Karnataka SSLC Exam 2020 will be conducted as per time table.
The clarification comes in the wake of the wide-spread false rumours about the postponement of Karnataka 10th Exam 2020 amid coronavirus threat. All fake messages have been circulating on various social media platforms creating a lot of confusion in the minds of students and parents.
Over fake rumours, V Sumangala, Director of KSEEB said “SSLC exams will be held according to the time table. There have been fake messages doing rounds in social media and other platforms. Students and teachers should not be panicked.”
Karnataka Board has asked students not to trust and follow any fake news about postponement of SSLC Exam 2020 across the state.
The Board will conduct the Karnataka 10th Board Exam 2020 from March 27, 2020, onwards, as per the datesheet released earlier with First Language paper and conclude on April 9 with Social Science paper.
After all fake rumours, the Board has been receiving several calls enquiring about the postponement of the examination.
