In a sensational case, a village head being beaten to death over a minor dispute has come to light in Baria Bazar of Mali police station area in Aurangabad district of Bihar.

It is being said that the deceased Panch Shailendra Chandravanshi had a dispute with some people of the village on the day of Holika Dahan.

As per media reports, on Wednesday, when he was standing outside the house at a paan shop in Bairia Bazaar. At that time, Rajendra Paswan, Vijendra Paswan, Dharmendra Paswan and Upendra Mehta, among others, attacked him and beat him to death.

The incident took place on Wednesday night. All the people who carried out the incident escaped. Here, the police of Mali police station took possession of the body and handed it over to the family members after conducting a post-mortem on Thursday.

After the incident, the people of the village are raged and also a state of mourning is going on. For the time being, the police are keeping an eye on the village after the incident.
