Krrish 4 Update: Although excitement sparked by Hrithik Roshan’s announcement of Krrish 4 in 2021, updates about the forthcoming film have been few and far between.
The film is still in the works, according to Siddharth Anand’s recent tweet.
Siddharth recently responded to a tweet that shared a photo of Krrish with the caption, ‘He is coming… #Krrish4’. His response read, ‘Yep! He is.’
In a report by Midday, Hrithik Roshan and his father Rakesh Roshan are planning to finalize the concept for ‘Krish 4’ this summer.
Even with Hrithik’s busy schedule with ‘War 2’, he will be actively involved in brainstorming with his father and their team.

The report indicates that the basic idea will be locked in this year, with shooting scheduled for 2025.
In 2003, Hrithik Roshan and Preity Zinta starred in ‘Koi Mil Gaya,’ the first film in the superhero franchise.
It was followed by ‘Krrish’ in 2006, which starred Hrithik Roshan and Priyanka Chopra. The third installment, ‘Krish 3,’ was released in 2013 and featured Kangana Ranaut opposite Hrithik.
According to Rakesh Roshan in an interview with India Today in 2023, Krrish 4 will be the franchise’s biggest film, but he is concerned about the current state of the industry.
Despite the uncertain theater attendance, he stressed that Krrish will be a significant film with a budget of Rs 200-300 crore, comparatively smaller than Hollywood’s multimillion-dollar budgets.
Krrish is going to be a big film, and the audience isn’t coming back to the theaters, so that’s a big question mark for me.
Kids today are used to seeing Hollywood superhero movies that cost 500–600 million dollars, while we have a small budget of 200–300 crores.
