Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) patriarch, Lalu Yadav on Wednesday evening said Nitish Kumar’s resignation as as Bihar chief minister was a mere drama.
Addressing media persons after Nitish’s resignation, Lalu said, “Nitish Kumar has a deal with BJP and RSS. Just after his resignation PM Modi tweets congratulating him. This is all drama.’

Further, Lalu showed some papers alleging Nitish was facing a murder case dated 31 August 2009 by a lower court in Barh. The RJD leader accused Nitish of influencing the Judge for the proceedings against him.
“Now this case is in Patna High Court. Nitish knew that the court can summon him any day”, Lalu said.
Lalu further accused Nitish to have been hand-in-glove with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) all this while.
