The Haryana Police on Friday issued a lookout notice against jailed Dera Sacha Sauda chief’s adopted daughter, Honeypreet Insaan and key Dera functionary, Aditya Insaan.
As per the police, they were looking into allegations of a conspiracy to liberate Ram Rahim Singh after he was convicted in rape case on 25 August. Airports, bus stands and railway stations across the nation have been alerted.
Aditya has earlier been charged with sedition. However, the charges against Honeypreet were not known. Chawala said details concerning the lookout notice against the duo would be made public later in the day.
The conviction of Ram Rahim in a 2002 rape case had generated arson and hostility in Haryana. The incident claimed 38 lives and injured more than 250 people on 25 August.
