Kartik Aryan and Kriti Sanon starrer have started well at the box office. The film helmed by Laxman Utekar has opened up to a whopping collection of Rs 8.01 Crore that is Kartik Aryan’s highest opener till date.
Kartik’s Sonu ki Titu Ki Sweety opened for Rs 6 crore and Luka Chuppi is his highest opening grossing. The film is expected to do well on the weekend.
According to Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh, the film on Saturday collected a hefty amount of Rs 10.08 crore on its day 2 and the film is expected to rise above on Sunday as well. The two day total of the film reaches to Rs 18.09 crores.

The film also stars Aparshakti Khurrana and Pankaj Tripathi in pivotal roles.
The movie is based on Guddu and Rashmi. When Guddu proposes marriage to Rashmi, she wanted to know him more and they take a 20-day assignment in Gwalior to live together with each other. They pretend to be a married couple and the things take a hilarious turn when their families barge in and wrongly discover them to be married.
Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon starrer Luka Chuppi have been released along with Sushant Sing Rajput and Bhumi Pednekar starrer Sonchiriya and the former has managed its upper hand at the box office collection despite the competition.
